Who is RealHome HQ for?
Who is RealHome HQ designed for?
Licensed real estate professionals only — solo agents, brokerage admins, and the agents on their team. RealHome HQ is business software for running a real estate practice. It is not for personal, family, or consumer use, and is not sold to home buyers or sellers as standalone software.Do I need a real estate license to sign up?
Yes. We collect your real estate license number and state of licensure at signup. Solo agents are sole-proprietor real estate businesses; brokerages are entity-licensed real estate businesses. Either way, you're a licensed business — not a consumer — and that's reflected in how the product is priced and structured.Can a homebuyer or seller sign up for RealHome HQ on their own?
No. Buyers and sellers join as clients only when their agent invites them. There's no consumer signup flow and no consumer pricing — clients use the platform free as part of the service their licensed agent provides.

How much does RealHome HQ cost?
Three plans: Solo Agent at $29/month, Brokerage at $49/agent/month, and Brokerage Pro at $79/agent/month. Every plan includes every feature — you only pick based on team size. See full pricing.What will show up on my bank or card statement?
Your statement will show BirdieBudz or CastMarketingllc as the merchant — those are the legal entities processing billing for RealHome HQ. If you see either on your statement, that's us. No surprise charges, no sketchy aliases.Is there a free trial?
Yes. 14 days full access, no credit card required to start. You can add a card any time during the trial and keep going uninterrupted.Do you charge per agent or per seat?
Per agent. If your brokerage has 5 agents, you pay for 5 seats. Clients never count toward your seat total — invite as many as you want at no extra cost.Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your Billing page inside the app — it opens the Stripe customer portal, and you can cancel or downgrade without talking to anyone. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then.Do I get a refund if I cancel mid-cycle?
We don't prorate mid-cycle refunds by default — you keep access through the paid period you already paid for. If you cancelled by mistake or there's something off, reach out via our contact page and we'll sort it out.Do you offer annual billing?

How long does setup take?
Under 10 minutes from signup to inviting your first agent or client. The app has a Getting Started walkthrough inside that covers the whole thing.Do I need to import my current CRM?
No — most agents start fresh since RealHome HQ works differently than legacy CRMs. If you have a specific dataset you want imported, message us and we'll help.Can I try it as a solo agent before I have a brokerage?
Yes. Solo Agent plan doesn't require a brokerage layer — just you and your clients. You can invite team members later if your practice grows.
The mobile app
Is there a mobile app?
Yes — a native iOS and Android app for agents, brokerage admins, and clients. You sign in with your RealHome HQ account.Can I sign up from the mobile app?
No — sign up on this website. The mobile app is for accessing an existing account. That's intentional: billing lives on the web, so no surprise charges from an app store.Does the mobile app cost extra?
No. It's included with every plan.
Roles & access
Who can use RealHome HQ?
Three roles: Brokerage admin (the broker/owner), Agent (team member closing deals), and Client(buyer or seller being guided through a deal).What do agents see vs what do admins see?
Agents see only their own clients and deals. Admins see everything across every agent — the full roster, all pipelines, commission ledger, and brokerage-wide analytics.What do clients see?
A branded portal from your brokerage with: homes their agent picked, live deal milestones, documents, a mortgage tracker, direct chat with their agent, and trusted vendor recommendations. They cannot see other clients, agents' private notes, or brokerage financials.Can I white-label the client portal with my brokerage's branding?
Yes. Upload your logo, pick an accent color, and your clients log into your brand — not ours.
Data & privacy
Who owns the data?
You do. Your clients, properties, documents, and financial records are yours — fully exportable and deletable. If you cancel, we preserve your data for 30 days in case you come back, then permanently delete it.Is my client data secure?
Yes. Row-level security at the database layer: agents can't see other agents' clients, clients can't see other clients, and no brokerage can see another brokerage's data. All traffic runs over HTTPS. Documents are stored in per-brokerage private buckets.Will you sell or share my data?
Never. We don't sell customer data, we don't run ads against it, and we don't share it with third parties for marketing. See our privacy policy.
