Using the service

By creating an account you agree to use the platform lawfully and not to misuse it (no scraping, no impersonation, no abusive content). Brokerage admins and agents are responsible for the data they enter about their clients.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. You can sign out and delete your account at any time from Settings. If you believe your account is compromised, change your password immediately.

Roles and access

• Admin / Brokerage — manages agents and has full visibility into the brokerage's data.
• Agent — manages their own clients and the content they share with them.
• Client — invited by an agent. Sees their own portal: deal status, mortgage tracking, agent messaging, recommendations, brokerage updates.

Content

You retain rights to content you create. You grant the platform a limited license to host and display your content within the app so the service works. Do not upload content that infringes someone else's rights.

Disclaimers

The platform is provided as-is. Real estate decisions, transaction tracking, and commission calculations are tools to assist your business and should not be considered legal, tax, or financial advice. Verify all critical numbers and dates with the appropriate professionals before acting on them.

Termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when reasonable.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
