RealHome HQ is operated by Cast Marketing LLC(“we,” “us”). We provide a real estate operating system — a web and mobile platform — for brokerages, agents, and their clients. This policy explains what we collect when you use realhomehq.com or the RealHome HQ mobile app, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide to us directly, and a small amount of technical data automatically.
- Account information — email address, name, and (optionally) phone number used to create and secure your account.
- Professional content you create — clients, properties, transactions, documents, markets, vendors, posts, tasks, and the messages you send inside the product.
- Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full card number. We receive a limited billing reference and subscription status from Stripe to run your account.
- Technical data — IP address, basic device information, and request logs used for security, abuse prevention, and service reliability.
2. How we use your information
We use the information above strictly to operate and improve the service:
- Authenticate you and keep your session secure.
- Deliver the features you use (CRM records, client portals, messaging, scheduling, document storage, analytics).
- Respond when you contact support and resolve issues with your account.
- Prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your information for cross-app advertising, data broker sales, or third-party tracking. We do not build advertising profiles of you.
3. Who can see your data inside the product
- Brokerage admins see the full roster of agents, clients, transactions, and analytics within their own brokerage.
- Agents see only their own clients, deals, vendors, content, tasks, and messages.
- Clients see only their own portal, messages to their assigned agent, content their agent chose to share, and brokerage-wide broadcasts.
- No brokerage can see another brokerage's data. Access controls are enforced at the database layer (PostgreSQL row-level security).
4. Third-party service providers
We rely on a small number of carefully chosen service providers to run the product. These providers process your data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations:
- Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage.
- Vercel — web application hosting.
- Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
- Expo (EAS) — mobile application build and distribution infrastructure.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
5. Your rights and choices
- Access — view the data associated with your account inside the app at any time.
- Correction — edit your name, contact details, and account information in Settings.
- Deletion — clients can delete their account from Portal Settings. Agents can delete their account in Dashboard Settings. Brokerage admins can email us at ruben.ochoa@cast167.com to fully close their brokerage account.
- Portability — contact us to request an export of your data in a machine-readable format.
- California / EU residents — you may have additional rights under the CCPA (California) or GDPR (EU / UK), including the right to object to processing and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us to exercise these rights.
6. Data retention
We keep your account data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal information and authentication records are removed within 30 days. Some data may persist briefly in encrypted backups before being permanently purged. Data your brokerage is legally required to retain (for example, closed transaction records) is preserved to comply with applicable law.
7. Security
All data is encrypted in transit via TLS (HTTPS) and at rest on our infrastructure providers' servers. Access to the database is gated by row-level security so that each role only sees what they are authorized to see. Documents are stored in private, per-brokerage storage buckets. No security system is perfect — if we ever become aware of an incident affecting your data, we will notify you as required by law.
8. Children's privacy
RealHome HQ is a B2B real estate product intended for licensed professionals and their adult clients. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. International data transfers
We operate from the United States. When you use the product, your information is processed in the United States and in any other country where our service providers operate. By using RealHome HQ, you consent to this transfer.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top. For material changes, we will notify you in-app or by email. Your continued use of the product after the updated policy takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
